I know that there are several transmission threads but has anyone seen this before. The car had been sitting in the garage for a couple of days, I had just detailed it and didn't want to drive it. I pulled it out to put gas in it. When I pulled out onto the road and it felt like I had the e brake set, and trying to pull my toyota tundra and the wife's yukon. I looked down and the service engine light was on. I pulled the codes and got 3, P0753B 1-2 shift solenoid, P0758A 2-3 shift solenoid, P1860B torque modulator. I have checked the fluid, pink in color with no burnt smell flushed within the last 15,000 miles, no slipping in any gear. I have talked to a couple of transmission shops and the local dealer. They have all said that it is VERY unusual to have all three codes at the same time, it sounds like an electrical problem. I have checked wiring to the trans and the pcm without finding anything. Any suggestions?

um yeah, take it apart and replace the entire wire harness and the solenoids. or pay someone else to do it. you can get sh*t for these transmissions almost anywhere.

Any other suggestions. I am trying to find something electrical on the outside of the casing to be the problem. Is there anything in the column that could cause this?

Or just ignore the problem. That'll work.

Can't ignore the problem. If I would continue to drive the car I would burn up a mechanically sound transmission. With the current problem, the car is thinking that it needs to start out in second gear.
