    zzp sets their torque converter lockup real high. I have to go over 49 mph for the torque conveter to lockup in performance shift. It's a little lower in normal shift but not much. If you don't go over that mph the your torque converter won't lockup.
    L26,Xp, zzp trans,3.29's,2700 conv, slp headers/catback, diy ported heads/LIM, 3 angle valve job,.052 MLS hg, outlet ported Gen V, 3.6, N*, LQ4, 4" FWI, agx's, ssc's, f-bodys, gmpp sway's +stb's

    On the PCM they sent me, they completely removed TCC lockup in 3rd gear. Most streets around here are 35MPH, so I had to go to 45MPH for lockup. Killed my MPG.
