From what I remember, even properlky torqued with locktite they would still back out over time and I think a few even broke. There are several threads about this issue on ClubGP.

I didn't want to take the chance. My original OEM GM bolt lasted 150k, I figure I can get that out of my new ones provding the tranny lasts that long too....
