Back to your problem and as I sent in your email, your diff is bad and as a MINIMUM needs replaced as well as the housing and possibly speed sensor. If you look at another thread from SyntheticShield labeled CARNAGE there are some pics of what the diff looks like, though his is an HD model. There is a ring gear inside the transmission and is very suspect to having teeth get damaged when a differential fails and if this is the case it must be replaced or will damage a new differential.
