Hi everyone, I'm the new guy trying to replace only what's needed. Got a rattle happening engine right side on deceleration in park. I've read the SC does this but I'm more inclined with chain stretch, the noise even sounds like a chain grinding or..... rod bearing but, doesn't correspond with engine speed. Thanks for any suggestions!

If it's in park the transmission drive chain isn't moving.

You could take the belts off and see if the noise goes away. Other possible things are exhaust rattle or lifters ticking.
