My car leaks after a heavy snow melt and My mothers car has the same issue. We have cut back the tubes already and taken some of the sound proofing out already. Does anyone have any advise.

Sounds like at least one drain tube is clogged. If you can get compressed air to the tubes and blow air up from the bottom end, that might dislodge whatever debris is blocking the drain. If not this, you may want to inspect the regulator and check for cracks in the drainage tray area.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

If you have an onstar antenna, 9/10 it's the antenna. Not the sunroof.

look all around the rubber seal, spray it with silicone spray, also check to make sure the trough that catches the water that does get in isnt leaking at the places it is rivited together
