So since earlier this year my car has behaved herself until now. About a month ago While on my way home I changed lanes and signaled, as a normal person would, just to be informed the turn signals on the right half of my car blew.

So far I have changed the lights with a set of Blazer (bulk lighting) bulbs all around. When those flashed for 3 blinks then were flagged as out I bought a set of Sylvania's and put those in. Same thing a few blinks then flagged. I checked the old bulbs with a multi-meter and turns out they weren't burnt nor were the Blazers.

This whole time the left side has worked perfect with all brands of bulbs. Night running lights still work front and rear, but the daytime ambers/turn and brake will not power up on the passenger side.

Here is the kicker the DIC only shows bulb failure when I hit the turn signal right. Braking or hazards wont flag the bulbs as out, but they do not light up. This past weekend I broke out the AllData and my test light and started testing wires. THE DAMN TEST LIGHT STARTED MAKING A TICKING SOUND. There was no light but it made an audible tick. I set my meter to auto volt and probed the line just to find a .14v rythmic on/off.

I unhooked the battery and let the car sit for 2hrs and tested it again. The lights didnt flash just flagged as out and when I put my ear to the lights I can hear them tick.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Best I can tell everything is directly powered from the BCM. But If anyone has an Idea I'm Game I know Alldata can have gigantic gaps in info and diagrams, But I'm out of ideas before I start throwing parts at it.

Thanks for any help
