    I've never had a problem with the plastic melting. The real problem is the plastic behind the headlight on the car that makes it hard to mount the projectors.

    I think he's talking about the ****ty aftermarket projector headlights.

    ^^^^ You would be correct. :P Also drunkie, i have found the best way to make room for the projectors behind is to take a hole saw and mount it to your drill, and line it up and go at'er. It leaves a nice round hole that the projector/wires can be routed through. I tried with a dremel on the one side, but it did not turn out good at all. Kinda wish i would have remembered i had a hole saw before i started that side....
