My DIC isn't lighting up the TCS is working just not the rest of the panel isn't
I've checked lights in it to make sure no bulbs are burnt out. What is next?

Have no idea may want to try the general section this is 04+ so it doesn't get much traffic unless you have 04+ questions.

Double check the connections on the back of the DIC, those and the actual circuit boards are susceptible to corrosion.

Pull it completely apart, look for anything discolored or corroded on both the button board and the LCD screen board.

If it is corroded or dirty, you can try to clean it off. If it's damaged, you will need to find a replacement. JY hunting is your best bet for that, try and find one with similar miles, the DIC is where the mileage it's stored.

It could also be that the screen became dislodged, some of them were soldered on, some just plugged in.

Hopefully I gave you some helpful advice, and good luck.

I've pulled it apart looks for anything that would be discolored, nothing have checked the pigtail plug and there is power.
