    Hello

When i cold start the car and warm it up for a bit, i then go to back out of the drive way and turn the steering wheel i get a grinding and or vibration for a moment then the traction control light pops up. when i accelerate straightforward it stops. I know my steering shaft is ****ed but as far as i knew this wouldnt cause that. What could it be or am i wrong?

    Thanks

abs self test, they all do it, its normal.

it makes no difference what direction you move the car, or turn the wheels, it does it every time the car is started up and driven off.

its always done it. you never heard it before. some times its silent, others it makes that rake being drug on pavement sound.

Scotty you didnt read this fully.

He gets a noise and his traction control light comes on. Though the ABS noise is normal, the T/C light is not a normal thing to have happen when turning in reverse.

If it was my car, I would remove and clean all connectors from the ABS hubs, check wires at the ABS module and see if anything else looks odd. Or if you had a scan tool you could watch all the ABS sensors at once and see if one drops out and thats why the light trips.
