Well if i dont sell my firebird this weekend I'll race you LOL, but looks like its sold so now I just need to sell the Olds.On another note, I agree summer may be the best time. Either way I'm just going with the flow at this point.
yeah, im down, gosh 42 i think thats the over night low, and the firebird i'll race you, i have a few mods for you, like taking off two plug wires to save weight.
2 wire delete that's too much ill lose for sure lol. On a side note I'm off to watch nomeo and Juliet with the kids I hear its supposed to be funny (I sure hope so). Looks like we got some ****ty weather coming for several days so I guess the wax job will have to wait ugh. Anyways gotta check out the ride soon with those headers, I'll hit you up soon bro.
What? Another Modesto member? haha I think I met you one time at In and Out Idk if its you tho, I had my hood up and you came up and asked what I had, but sadly its a 3.1...
Well, at the moment my whole damn family is in Berkeley but me!
I'm stuck in Maryland with work, dogs and cats while they go playing around the bay area...this sucks! Good news is it's 53 degrees here right now.
Any you guys do any track over at Sears, Willows, Leguna?
I'm just starting to get the lay of the land for track days (2 wheels not 4) in that area. Getting some good references doesn't seem like there's anything as well organized as nesba back here, oh well, I'll deal.
I used to run at Sears Point, not anymore and prob wont for awhile as I just sold me Firebird and Olds is to be sold this weekend hopefully. Dont worry we'll be here when you get back
i thought of going there, i like road courses a lot more than drag racing, im looking to get into auto cross, i have a friend that does it, she has some little gutted miata she uses for it
Yeah, I hear ya. I honestly never really got the drag thing. More about machine than man and limited skill required by the driver. Example, road racers generally put far more money into their suspension than anything else, if you can’t corner, you aren’t winning anything. Not just how many ponies to the axle stuff. But, I don’t care for NASCAR either. Autocross looks like it could be fun!
Hey slopez! You sure man? Dunno, I would think living that close to the big ole South San Francisco sign plastered on the hill would sort of sink in? LOL (just playin ya)
Looks like we may have another one among us to add to the list for a meet. Damn weather needs to get nice already. How you been bro?
