Why don't you just make one, there are tons of writeups on this subject all over. Look in the FAQ, and the Stickies in the Tech section.

This. I spent more than most people on my homemade intake, but I also didn't want a PVC pipe for an intake arm. I probably spent around $70 when all was said and done. It doesn't make my intake perform any better, but I did what I did for looks more than anything.

siliconeintakes.com I bought the 4" 45 degree bend in a 2' section, then cut it to the length I wanted. I also bought a 3.25" straight coupler to connect the TB to the MAS, and a 3.25" to 4" coupler to connect the MAS to the pipe.

I was lucky enough to work for a company that made aftermarket filters at the time and was able to find the perfect mold for a filter that put the filter where I wanted it.

A 60 degree bend would end up being a better choice. It doesn't appear they have a 60 degree pipe so you could always use a 60 degree coupler off the MAS and run it to a straight piece of pipe.
