Would you be interested in having me build one for you like this?
That one I did was modular and could be cut down to a short ram for winter driving, but if you would like something more aggressive, I could weld up a 2-piece that would just stay in the fender well.
Currently it's a silicone coupler on the TB, then the lq4 maf, then another coupler but at 45* to a run of pvc pipe going to the fender.
I guess in short im looking for a similar "s" style pipe to make it fit into the fender again so I was thinking I could hack up a pre-made kit.
I ordered this for my nstar, lq4 set up to get it into fender area.
Check out this item I found on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?n...383791&alt=web
^ nice find. That's pretty much exactly the part I couldn't find. The rest I have.
Any pics of your set up
Just ordered it yesterday..but there is a thread on here about it..let me see if I can find it.

I got a smaller filter and I'm not going fully into the fendor..just getting it close for now..but he ulhas a nstar and lq4 and looks good imo.
Painted pvc vs painted metal - I'd prefer the plastic over metal but the metal comes in with the bends I like and looks better
hmmmmm
