99 gtp coupe rear seat back help please

Hi all new to the forum I just picked up a 99 gtp coupe and it has a bit of sun fading on the seat back it is the one with the two headrests built in and the fold down center console and mine is cloth and I believe the color is called dark graphite.so if someone is parting a car and has one in good shape I would be interested or if anyone may know where one is at ?Thanks in advance....Clark
