Hey All. One of my mufflers has fallen apart. I am having trouble getting a replacement and I was wondering if anyone had their stock system around I could buy. Please let me know. I am hoping to find someone in the NYC metro area so I can come and pick it up.

    Thanks,

Could just grab two thrush mufflers from the local parts store and have those welded on.. They sound similar to stock but a tad deeper.

I got 2 thrush turbos on ebay for 61 bucks shipped. Which was cheaper than the stock replacement walker mufflers.

What Thrush model did you get? 2.25inlet 2.25 outlet. Did you get strait or offset? Also how did you hang the mufflers from the hangers.

I got 2.5 but stock is 2.25. I got center/offset because thats what our cars use. Umm, hangers are hard to explain. I just took it too a shop.

Here is what the hangars look like, ignore the hose clamps. They are raising the tips so they dont look retarded.

Given the construction of them, I give them 2 years before they start rusting and I get some borala ones.

Thanks for the advice the y pipes are 2 inch and out tips are 2.25. I did buy 2.25 inch thrush and I used adapters. They are a bit loud but I do not have the tail pipes on yet so I think it is resonating around under the trunk.
