2002 Trans Am- 6 speed, bolt ons or something, it's slow.
2006 Silverado- forged ls2, 4l80e, plate kit, also slow...

Depending if you want it painted or not, but I will look for a flat rate box to ship them in when they are made

I swear I posted this some where else about a week ago.

Tinfoil- So the foam doesn't stick to anything.

Sprayfoam- to get the general shape made and shaped right.

Fiberglass- so the are durable and easy to sand and paint.

Putty- to get out any imperfections.

    Sand paper- well yeah.

    Primer-

    Paint-

    Clear-

    DONE GPO's made from scratch.

If the foam idea doesn't work extruded polystyrene pink insulation 3 inch thick would work and could be shaped cut and sanded easily. Menards Lowes Home Depot all carry it in the building materials section.

I swear these could be made very easily with a little time and patience don't think it would be any harder than doing a headlight retrofit.
