There was a guy selling one on another web site for $150 shipped I believe but was beat up but yet repairable. So if anyone has one for sale I would be willing to negotiate within reason.

I'll sell my SD for $325 shipped.
    Reason for $325:
Going rate is $200 for a lip.
That is what I paid for mine locally.
I paid $200 to have it painted black -it now has some scratches under the lip and a couple touch ups.
Shipping will cost as much or more than shipping a pallet due to the sheer size -to buy one of these new (which is what you are trying to avoid) will cost over $500 to get it to your door -then you still have to get it painted.

How many of these come up for sale, let alone @ $100? How long after it was posted did you claim it, Matt? Also, how well was it advertised? If I posted mine I am sure I can get $200 cash from a local purchase pick up, as I would have it advertised on over 20 different places (GP based forums/FB groups, etc...).
At $100, almost anyone who likes these will be standing in line. At $150, only the one's without $150 will not be in line anymore. $200, and still not many will have dropped out of line.

Wow, shipping has really come down on those -I bought two of these two years ago and paid $200+ each (and had to drive 300+ miles round trip for each) and I remember looking them up on pfyc and getting a shipping quote for almost $200.
That said, I still have to round up packaging to safely ship mine (these are extremely susceptible to breaking if picked up from one end and trying to lift) so a full box would be needed. That will definitely take a lot of time and then I still have trouble trusting shipping companies (SpeeDeeDelivery Freight is who I regularily ship through) to get it there in one piece.

He had it listed for 150 and i bought it within a hour of being posted. there were several other members from here trying to get it i beat them to it. I was going to buy new and i emailed pfyc for a shipping price and they told me 87.45 and im not that far from the guy looking to buy one.

Yeh I mean there not always out there but the price should be within reason for example just like the roof rails people want crazy money for them and I just picked some up for dirt cheap to some people but what I think they should be worth.

SD Lip...... not so common as roof rails.... I'm going to pass on selling this for $100. Thanks and good luck finding another one for sale in the next 6 months, within 400 miles.... okay, you are in Chicago area, so you might get one cheaper there but remember people not so local will spend more than you because they understand what it costs to not have everything local and that's what drives prices up.
