I'm looking for a Trans for my car, better than stock at least. I have about 2K but need a install too so I dont know if its possible. Im waiting on the word from OrangeL67's trans but just in case, I still need one and a torque converter.

Should have used protection for your tranny. Lmao..

Anyway, Tim King is located in Dayton, does an excellent stock rebuild for $1250, couple upgrades including hardened 4th. And offers installation at his shop there. Soo I just imagine you could afford that and it'd be a happy medium with what you're looking for.

I have never used him but have heard great things around the forum. Check it out. Transmission sale - The Chicago Garage
