    Need the trim panel that covers the heads up display on a 2004 and up grand prix....if anyone has one for sale, let me know thanks

    Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

    I really don't know what the differences are, but I would assume 2nd design is always better
    Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

    The part number listed in the 04+ hud install write-up (10354107) is for the second design.

    Just remove both driver and passenger front pillar panels, let them hang....pry up the HUD trim panel and remove the security and DRL sensors from the panel...installation is reverse...took me a whole 7 minutes to change it out.....just be sure to line up your tabs before pushing down completely...it's a tight fit from the new foam that comes with the panel to the windshield
