Gmpartsdirect has it only listed for 06-08, different color maybe, mines black not charcoal.

Mines black and also cracked in 2 places on my 08. Must be a really cheaply built piece.

If you are looking to purchase one, find a Canadian dealer. It looks like GM has jacked up the price of these pieces because there is a demand for them. I got one for about $100 shipped to me. If you order from Canada, there isn't the crazy mark up that there is state side. I think GM has tracking software that arbitrarily increases the price if demand goes up when there is no aftermarket options available. PM if you want the Canadian dealer I went through.

My mistake I have an '04, those are much more expensive for some reason. I think the '04-'05 are the same.
