Just checking to see if anyone has a nice clean set of halos for 97-03 GP before I hit up eBay and pay 135$ for em new. Let me know if anyone has a set for a decent price so I can save some money. My whole car has been built from used parts. I'm always restricted by my wife on car part money lol. Damn does she get pissed every time she sees a package in the mail or me walking to the garage with a new box of stuff I bought for it.

If you care about seeing the road at night, you won't buy them.

They are known to suck ass for light output.

Lol really? That bad? I love the way they look though, but it's definitely not worth it if you can't see... What about with an HID kit? Any better then? I've also seen the all "chrome" halo setups, would that help reflect the light any better? My car does have a brand new clean clear set of factory headlights on it, they look pretty good.

There's a lot of us in that boat. LOL. Keep fighting the good fight.
And like 5finger said, don't buy those headlights. Consensus on this forum, and others, is that those suck. Light output is bad, they shake and bounce around, and are generally not practical. The best option is to cough up $400 for a set of projectors from Classy.

How hard is it to retro fit them yourself? I have a decent set projectors I pulled out of some Mazda at pick n pull, I bought them for 15$ and they look like they could be stuffed into my spare assemblies, just haven't yet tried to make it happen. Also, I don't have that kind of money for headlights, I just blew my whole load(3000) on purchase of the car and storage unit full of extra parts/motors/trans'/interiors/new parts/wheels etc..
