I have a 04 Comp G, and a 02 40th Anniversary. My next focus on both is finding an SE lip for my comp g, and replacing seats in my 40th that are oddly worn and torn, for the rest of the car being in decent shape. Any leads would be appreciated!

Grab some 04+ GP seats for the 40th. Check local Jy, craigslist, car-part.com, classifieds here.

I know...i just dont want to ruin the 40th by taking out the seats. I know comp g seats are better in every aspect...but still

I'd opt for GXP seats for the 40th if I were going to swap, but if you want to keep stock seats then might have to look for a low mile 40th and grab the seats out of it. Only other option would be to have them redone to keep it original.

Clean rides btw. Really like the 40th.

Here's a link to info on the SE lip--> http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...1-SE-Front-Lip!

I have a full set of 40th seats from a 135K miles car but they might not be in better shape than yours. One of us will have to get a pic to see. I have been using the driver's seat in my 99 a couple years, and of course both fronts show some wear but the whole set is undamaged.

Crap! Naw heck I got just what you need. Be this evening before I can put a pic up but there's zero rips and the car was garaged. Only trouble is shipping. I could just send covers if you want but that adds labor on my end. Rear is light and small enough to ship and is minty. Too bad somebody already got the steering wheel, mats, and bezels but I also have shifter and nice coupe trim panels.

Only reason i care is because the car is clean...rockers are solid i got the car for $500 it needed some steering and suspension components and for how clean it is i would like to "restore" it. Were they from a coupe? A nice steering wheel would be nice to, to bad haha.

None of these are super-clean, I didn't have that car very long. The grey part of the upholstery on 40ths always seems to look crappier than the plain ones. The material seems different but I don't know what the difference is. The driver's seat has a small and not very noticeable scrape, a worn seam, and one small area where the lines in the vinyl have just begun to crack. A vinyl repair person could possibly apply some repair material to that spot to prevent further deterioration. Thats all the bad, though. Driver's seat is power and works fine and the whole sets cleans up nicely.

Driver's chair. In the third pic, the line just above and to the left of the center of the pic is where the surface has begun to crack. The horizontal line above the scrape at the bottom is not, yet. As far as I can tell, the condition of this seat has not changed noticeably in the last few years, but I do sit on it with a very dusty self daily. Thats the kinda primer sanding dust haze you might see.

Here is the rest. Forgot to dust off the passenger seat bottom but theres nothing there that merits a detail shot really. I keep it folded. I can take more pics if you want. I am kinda thinking a hundred for the seats and a rough guess is 100-150 for shipping. Think it over. I think you want them. I just don't know if they will need to go truck freight and I will have to hunt packaging.

They came from this car, which I wrecked.

I never thought about the rear seats but mine are that faded look to. Since i got the car i have tried multiple products and wipes on them to bring them back but nothing seems to do the trick. They look beautiful to me, mine are worn kinda bad on the gray parts but yours are overall MUCH nicer. They look great!!

You just let me know when / if / how you want to bust that move. I ain't going anywhere and neither are the seats so its whenever you're ready. PM me then. If you decide to go for it, just be patient while I arrange packaging and shipping.

More of a lack of action. Slow to pay and fast with excuses. I'm less than satisfied, but will just say go at your own risk. Everything is cool but it didn't go real smooth.
