Well if the guy messages me back I think I'm just going to buy that stage 2 zzp tb that's in the classifieds. Its nice an easy it matches up perfectly to the gen 3 the only thing I might do is smooth out the flashing on the intake

Is a little bit of scoring or scraping on the inside of the supercharger case from the rotors normal or does that mean your needle bearings are bad?

That seems so weird like when I spin the pulley it always gets a little resistance when the rotors touch this one spot of the housing. Obviously this creates heat and resistance so I have no idea why its made like that

Not a right spot a spot where the rotors actually scraps the sc case

I mean it's not in perfect condition there is a little rotor coating wear but it's a he'll of a lot better then what I currently have. Plus the rotors don't scrape the housing like they do on mine

Gotcha, I was asking because I have a fully ZZP ported/polished/EGR filled Gen3 blower and ZZP S2 throttle body setup on my car now I was thinking of selling and going back to a stock blower/TB setup and pump gas. Was considering trying to work out a deal with you haha

You would probable pay the same price for a gen 5 supercharger if they had one.

I am well on my way so far porting a gen 3 has cost me 60$ which sounds a lot better then the minimum 300 after shipping for a gen 5.

Should I round out the edges of the outlet or taper them like intense does?

Anyone have some input on what I should do to the outlet? Rounded and smooth or tapered?

I've read through all the forums and it seems like personal preference. I know sharp edges retain heat so im leaning towards rounding.
