1993 3.4 vacuum adapter for map sensor

Just as the title say. I need a vacuum adapter for a 3.4 twin over head cam motor. It is the piece that goes between the intake and the map sensor. Gm part# 10162149

you can likely make a new one from vac line at the parts store, if you need to go large to small you can push one line inside the larger one to reduce line size.
