my hood was $1000.00. dam near perfect condition. if you want something to pretty much remake..go look at the hoods from extremedimensions. $400.00 is a very cheap price. scoops would be in your range.

you got ripped the hell off dude, im sorry but there are about $700 max.
the one im buying for $400 is brand new, compeletly fiberglass.(unpainted i have you know). so you got ripped off big time my friend, next time do some research before you purchase something like this. you can buy the full F1 body kit for the price that you purchased only the hood!

FTL, did i ever say that money was an issue anyways? i believe i did not, money is not an issue, i just want to know where to get the best deal.

IMO, you shouldent assume that i am poor, where in reality i am by no means in a hardship. just answer the question that has been asked, dont bring your opinions in unlessed asked to do so.

if you are in no hardship...then you should have no problem with finding a decent hood.

if you don't want an opinion. don't post.

That's about the cheapest your going to find man. I've been searching everywhere and that's all I could find. Where'd you find that one at? You may get lucky and find one on ebay, but I highly dought it.

I'd say jump on it. It's always good to save a few hundred bucks.

SHE (nutcase) is right. If money is not an object for you, then get the right hood, DUDE. lol Some of the F1's are pieces of ****, not all body shops can make them "right" again. Sounds like you have a gem waiting to be picked up for $450. Find out what brand it is.

I won the lottery with my deal, I got my mpd for $300 from someone who sold his hood, slp exhaust, slp headers, whole audio system, AR 20" rims and tires to me and a buddy altogether for $600. Right after I hit a deer. So it was painted for free and insurance reimbursed me for the amount of my deductable after everything was done.
