So, I am already getting tired of my current setup and looking to make another of my own, but not sure what i should go with. I know Morimoto mini h1 projectors with mini gatling gun shrouds (TRS black friday deals ). I was tossing around the idea of putting a switchback halo in front of the shroud so it was white when parking lights are on, and flash orange with the turn signal, but i could only find them for $80 a pair or from china in a 10 pair quantity for $0-$12 per pair so no go on that. I then came across the idea of doing the iron man mod and the new style color changing halo that I already have where the surface mounted diodes are not as visible and hopefully brighter. So do you think i should do the color change iron man with a single color halo in front, like amber, that i could hook up to the turn signals or a switch, or should i do iron man a single color with the color change in front like current? Also black housings are the plan, but not sure on shroud color. I came across a white one that looks quite nice, but open to all kinds of ideas!

Just a little idea of what's been going on. Not much progress but some parts came in! red will be going on Brandon's (brother) new car, amber on mine. Will try to get the video up of the new version of color changing halos I got, as well and a pic of his new whip!

Looks great man! I'm actually doing a retrofit on mines in a few weeks. Luckily there's no cutting involved in a single mini morimoto setup. Those are Called iron man lights right?

Yes that is correct they are iron man. However, these are mini gatling gun shrouds so some modification had to be done for them to fit inside for this. Here is his new ride, 2006 gxp

And here is the vid of the new color changing halos. Hopefully the link is working now

Here are a few better ones for now. Need to trim the bulb housing so the projector sits back further and doesnt hit the lens. The reflector still needs to be trimmed then heated to bend properly and fit within the stock spot.

I used a head gun starting at the small corner by the high beam and made my way along the top side then was heating the bottom and pulling with my hands when possible. It was clean of most glue!
