Did you clean it off the lens....extra butyl in channel then I take it.

I ask cuz mine was a mess baking them....I didn't cook long enough.
I figured that out after I was done.
But after sealing them up and also using black RTV on the exterior rim, I don't get a trace of moisture.

I had little to none that stuck to the lens, most of it must be stuck in the channel still which i will take out the best i can. I am going to seal it with the butyl so i can take them apart if there is a change in plans ever lol

Got Brandon's passive demon eye all done along with his shrouds. Next is to get the hole large enough so the projectors sit back far enough and then finish them up. Happy with how it turned out so far

Here is the matte black shrouds. Front rim looks like poo because i half-assed my attempt to smooth them out and the halo will cover it when they get put together

You need to do some more cutting and get the projector to sit further back that gap is killing it

I know you took the easy route and just slightly enlarged the original bulb hole.

I have not done any cutting yet to get it to sit back further, just been placing the projector in for pics. Possibly this weekend i will get a start on enlarging the hole so it will sit back far enough where i can close it with the lens on, then comes the fun JB weld and aiming after i paint the housing!

No progress with Brandon's headlights because I need it to get warm so I can mount and aim them. In the meantime I have a buddy with an 04 suburban who bought halo led lights (told him not to). Went to install them and couldn't get one halo on plus they were so dim. You can see they just have one hole in the bottom they jam 2 leds into and put hot glue all around it so obviously not the best quality. I put in some color changing halos for him even though they are the smd style, still looks great and like they came that way!

What size halos did you use in your brother shrouds to fit inside the shroud? I'm about to order that same setup but idk what size halo to buy to for the inside and what size halo are you using on the outside?
