Has anyone ever painted the small piece of molding that is about halfway up the doors. I have a silver car with black accents and didn't know if it would look good or not, just a thought.

behind that molding is two holes that would have to be filled and then painted. Yes there are quite a few people who've done it. Google is your friend lol

    ^^^^This.

Dipping is pretty much the best action you can take due to peeling it off if you don't like it. the wife did that on her red car and liked it so it stayed on. It's also nice to have it dipped instead of painting it because if someone's door hit that moulding, you can repair it easily with plastidip unlike paint

im on the fence as well, but with black wheels the black trim, the black molding my look ok.

plastidip comes right off, so i vote do one side, see if you like it.

I planned on using plasti dip. I'll just tape it off and see how it comes out and throw a few pictures up. They should be up tomorrow. Along with the rear bumper valance

You will probably find, at least to my eye.....it would look tacky. Keep it clean and keep it simple.
