So i have a dilemna. I have a gtx hood and i wanted to use this slp air box with it. It fits nicely and the top of the in the box meets up with the hole on the bottom of the hood. The issue im having is that there is only a few inches from the throttle body and air box itself even if i wanted to make a tube going from tb to air box. The problem is that i am lifted up 2.5 inches so i literallyl would need to make a 90 degree bend going from on to the other which in my opinion would prob make the intake useless. I am not sure what to do at this point. Here are some pictures.

It really is a neat design. The pcm fits right in there. a small cone filter fits on the other end. All i can think of right now is to go the hardware store and find some flexible tubing pipe that i can get to fit from the tb right into the top of box. question is, wouldnt i just be better off running open cone instead? I know you are all going to say, open cone is best and the gtx hood is doing nothing, but i spent a ton getting the car this way and searched forever for this hood and was even more excited when i found a way to make it function, so is there a good way to make it function with an intercooler? After all, isnt basically just like a wizaired? I suppose i could be the wizair that is designed for intercooler and just drill a hole through the top to meet up with ram air hole in hood?

You know idk. I am assuming that it is just some sort of hi temp ducting kinda like a dryer would use. But you obviously dont want to use a dryer duct lol.
