Like I said... run a bead of Permatex black RTV , Ge silicone ll windows/doors, LEXEL or whatever around the outside after you seal them to fill any voids the seal might have missed.
Run a small bead, smooth and work it in the gaps with your finger. It will come off your hands(or any thing else you got it on) with wd-40 or silicone spray.

I will remind you of the same thing I told spazz... Do your initial aiming on the wall and then drive around before you go all out with the JB weld and make sure the cutoff and height is where you want it. Also make sure you do it on level ground.

Alright... Would the rubber butle be strong enough to hold then on when driving? That's the last thing I wasn't is my projector falling out when I'm driving

Should be never had a issue when I did the few times that I've done. If all else fails then some JB putty would work fine but you'll need to dremel it off if it hardens and you need to correct the alignment.

Alright... I shouldn't have to worry about that until next week some time because it's taking so fricken long for my headlight... That's the only part I'm concerned about is aiming properly

zip a couple drywall screws in on an angle where they will be covered later along with the butyl.
Make sure your hotspots are 54"(IIRC) apart at 25 feet too

Everything is hooked up and ready to go but I'm having one issue. When I turn them on they automatically go to high beams... Is there anything I need to the existing hi beam? Or why is it in high beam when it should be on low

They are all aligned... Now I just need to jb weld them. I've been so busy with sports and camps it's ridiculous. I will post a picture in a bit of the alignment and you guys tell me how horrible of a job it is
