You can use switchbacks which are white while driving and amber when they are used as turn signals

Red and/or blue I believe are illegal for street use unless your are law enforcement or a firefighter.

I've seen people get away with the non switch back white ones that remain white but blink when turn signal is activated too.

So its since the 04+ have the signal light close to the ground it would be like a fog light? mine doesn't have the split fog/signal light so it would be helpful.

Red and blue lights as turns or DRLs looks ricer regardless, I'd just go with white switchbacks and call it a day. They look nice and clean and shouldn't attract the popo since they still signal amber only.
