    Hahahahhaa genius idea. But I don't know how cops are in your area but up here in Michigan near MSU campus they do and say what ever they want

    It honestly comes down to the cop. Every cop has their own law when it comes to accent lighting. I wouldnt go too crazy just to stay on the safe side
