So with the sale they're running for the 4th i figure this is the perfect time to upgrade the lights since I've wanted to anyway. Anyone have any sort of problems with the interior lights? Also I have tinted tails so I was going to order stage 2 tail light leds. If anyone has these did you need a resistor to stop the fast blinking or did they work no problem? If it's gonna be a hassle with different problems I'm just gonna skip it.

I have their stage 2 kit for there interior. It's been on for about a year with no issues. For the tail lights you will more than likely need the relay to avoid hyper flash. There is a write up here on how to mod your factory flasher or you could get one from autolumination ( i believe it's EP28). All this info is based on me assuming you have a 97-03.

Ya I have a 98. Good to know about the interior but not sure if I'll bother with the tails then even though I'm more concerned about those. Thanks.

The 1998 model has the option to swap out the factory flasher module for one of our LED flasher modules. The turn signals will function 100% correctly if you choose to install the flasher module, otherwise you'll need to install load resistors. Also, I think you will find the interior lighting kit to be one of the simplest modifications you ever make to your vehicle.

If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to shoot me a PM, or email us at: contact@diodedynamics.com

    Thanks,

Thanks that was very helpful and the module seems a lot simpler so it looks like I'll be ordering some lights!

One other question for you Paul. The 3rd brake light does that come in a pair or do I need to order two?

Two questions actually. What lights would I order for the where your feet go up front? In this picture there's lights down there but I don't see it as an option. Says Floor LED

The 3rd brake light kit will include everything you need to switch to LED. Also, check the site soon and you should see an update with the Floor LED listed.

    I apologize for the confusion,

Great thank you, you've been a huge help. Now this really should be my last question. Which module would I need for a 98? I can't find any info anywhere. And would this help for switchbacks or would I need a resistor for those?

Here is a link to the module:
EP28 LED Flasher - LED Flashers - LED Accessories - Accessories

This will make the switchbacks function correctly, you won't need ANY resistors!

I remember reading that putting LEDs in the 3rd brakelight will not allow the cruise control feature to operate since they are tied to the same circuit. You may want to research that before you get them.

I read the same thing way back; I put LED bulbs in mine and the cruise still works.
