Just got my brand new set of ddm tuning hids.

I have the ballasts . Harness and error cancellers . And for somereason my driver side bulb looks 10x brighter when I see the reflection in a window or another car. I tried sitting in the passager seat and it still looks a lot brighter. I haven't adjusted them yet but is it caused by the direct connection with the harness ?

Bad bulb or ballast like ^ said. Switch them around and you'll be able to figure out if its the ballast or bulb.

It sounds like the ballast. Try swapping the bulbs and see what happens, if the driver side is still really bright its the ballast
