\\\EDIT:/// After looking around, Jegs said that Anzo is a good brand. I'm looking at either the capsules:

ANZO USA | PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 97-03 H.L w/ CORNER LIGHTS BLACK AMBER

    or their projectors:

ANZO USA | PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 97-03 PROJECTOR 2 HALOS HEADLIGHTS BLACK CLEAR AMBER w/ CORNER LIGHT

anyone know anything about these lights?

\\\ORIGINAL POST:/// I'm wanting to get rid of these Spyder projectors and go with something built worth a d*. Who out there knows anything about Spec-D projectors? Here are the ones that I'm looking at:

    P/N: 2LCLHP-GPX97JM-TM

Spec-D Headlights - Aftermarket Projector, CCFL & Halo Headlights from Spec D Tuning - Videos, Installations & Reviews

If the brackets from Spec-D are as flimsy or brittle, or if the housings are prone to leaking, or aiming them f*ing things are anywhere near as much of a pita, I think I'll either pass or stay with Spyder.

    What say yall?

When they won't even show you what the actual headlights look like I would steer clear, especially considering how ugly the stock photo is they have.

I'm sure they are not much better, if at all.

Yes I've had experience and they suck! They look pretty cool but don't last, bounce get water in them and dry rot easy. The halos burned out in sections and I got in touch with manufacturer or distributor and wanted to buy replacement lights but they didn't offer any. I looked everywhere to find the bulbs and finally found some however all the replacement bulbs were different shades and colors.... Basically they are cheap over seas garbage. I'd get stock lights and get a nice HID kit for the lights and fog lights. That's what I did and went with clear corners too

I tried to make my own clears with a HACGP member once upon a time and they turned out horrible. Are there any HID-compliant capsules with clear corners? I'd LIKE smoke lenses and black crystal housings.
