    Hello you all,

I have a lower side skirt that is broken. It is broken on the passanger side at the bottom of the wheel well. Where the mud guard is the piece that holds the front part of the side skirt in is broken off. I still have the piece that broke off I was thinking about putting it back together with some fiberglass but I'm unsure what kind of material that it is made of (fiberglass, urathan, etc....).

    Can this be repaired?
    Is it fiberglass, urathan, etc...?
If it can be repaired what is the best way to do it?

I looked around and didn't really find to much info on this.

    Thanks

    Flip

Do you think this can be fixed (DIY)? For fairly cheap.

it can be fixed but you would either have to fiberglass it or plastic weld it bu then if they are starting to fall apart it usually means that the plastic is starting to become very brittle, the florida heat sucks for these cars.

I see that you are a Florida boy too! :-D

Well, this happened when the previous owner owwned the car. The whole right side is screwed up. Window doesn't work, side rear view mirror is broken, door makes noises when opening it do to the right front fender misalighned, front right bumper is wobblie. I think it might be cheape to repair it myself or maybe get one at the junkyard.

Do you think they sell just one side on ebay?

The driver side is in pretty good condition.
