What spoiler is this?

Saw this the other day. Never seen it before and couldn't find it online. I dont think I like it, just wondering if anyone has seen this.

Its obviously off a different car, looks almost like a 96ish Monte spoiler.

Seems like it fits too well to be universal. It matches up with the curves and bulges on the trunk. Looks like the ww but not as wide
