Alright so I'm not exactly sure with the colors I would go with exactly but Im thinking somthing along the lines of Black, Gray, and Silver. I currently have the tan/brown and I never really cared for it and since Im going with a Redfire Metallic/ Black theme on the outside I thought that the inside could be somewhat similar. Plus the paint on one part of the dash needs to be redone anyway. I know that SEM makes spray paints that are meant for the interior trim pieces so Im good there. However I would need to either get different carpet and a headliner or paint/ dye mine. I have heard that for the carpet you can spray paint it but there is no way I am going to do that. Then I heard a little bit about dying it with RIT dye. Anyone ever dye their carpet or even headliner? Curious to see what everyone used for paints on trim pieces or dyes for the carpet and such.

Wrap the headliner and I wouldn't paint the carpet heard it stiffens it up quite a bit. Maybe look into replacement carpet?

I heard that the spray painting of the carpet stiffens it but when you dye it it doesnt get stiff if you do it right. And whay d you mean by wrap the headliner?

Wrap the headliner in another material..for example I did mine in suede. You could just keep it simple and do a vinyl or other material.

I considered using the dye on my carpet but really didn't want to deal with it showing signs of wear after awhile and having to go through the trouble of pulling it out and painting it over etc

Yea. I should really sit down in my car and figure out what colors everything will be to figure out what I really want. I was thinking black carpet and headliner. I dont see how exactly you wrapped you headliner without sagging issues. Do you have pics of it?

Take note that my sunroof is missing the trim piece I have to order another one eventually and when that's installed it pushed the area headliner up more

Best route to take. I went that route because well I had tan interior at one point in time and my headliner was stained pretty bad from the onstar antenna leaking.

You could do that I think I ended up ordering it online. It's stay so sell because racekar! Actually I just used some loctite adhesion spray and even in these FL summers it doesn't sag. It was worth the risk for the amount everyone around here wanted to charge me to wrap it I took the gamble and it turned out well.

I did pay someone to wrap the visors for me I think it cost like $70 for both I provided the material

Swap everything over to the charcoal interior. You could then have the seats customized to your liking.

I feel like painting will be cheaper than completely swapping everything unless I can get myself a parts car for cheap. Im not wanting it to look completely stock either. But then again I dont want to over do it and get a riced out interior. Looking at something custom yet subtle.

A swap will probably cost you more if anything the only thing I would keep OEM ish is the door panels since those are used so much. SEM products are excellent.
