Right Headlight keeps dimming and going out

I have HIDS with a relay harness all bought from eBay. 55w ballasts 6k bulbs. Problem is my right headlight will always come on bright like the left when car is started. Dim after a minute or so and then slowly go out. I think I have checked everything but can't figure out why this keeps happening.
