no hood yet...but everything else is done

what exactlly did u have done? and it could be just the way the light is hitting the car. but the lower molding on the passenger side door looks pinkish/not clear coated!
could just be me tho?
Thats looks awesome. The one thing i have always wondered about doin that though is are the door poppers strong enough that they will be able to open the door if it freezes?
I have mine on a separate battery...but it rarely gets super cold here anymore. Maybe snow temp..but thats it.
Oic so with them on a sep battery there gonna have more power an being that you dont deal with much cold that would make the diff. See im from ohio my doors freeze to the point where you have to really pull on them sometimes. Thats why i was curious. Wondering if it would even be a possibility of somethin i could get away with doing. My guess is prob.
you could..you'd just have to throw a blanket over your car at night. That would stop everything from freezing over..including your windshield.
Love the new look. Get some shot of the WHOLE car though. Red with black/red rims looks awesome!
and i did try to have the door molding taken off...it would have costed alot more to have them weld up those tiny holes. Later i'm replacing them anyways and rearrange the badges.
No worries. As long as we are on the topic, do not buy anything from AutoLoc, or any derivative of "The Hoffman Group." Their solenoids are junk, and will seize up when the weather gets bad. Their solenoids look like the ones in this picture:
Instead, look for the solenoids that look like this:
I do not know who makes them, but the last time I bought them they were ~$50 at a local "Tuner" shop...they are top notch for shaved doors.
