So I have another thread on my engine build stuff. Finally did pick up the car btw. I'm gonna spend the winter tuning some tune up work on the car before I build it in the summer. But I want to make the outside look as SLOW as possible. Almost to the point of ricing out the car a little bit. Few things I've been kicking around are rebadging as a Grand AM, some fake vents, maybe some of those special edition or turbo or luxury decals from Pep Boys. I don't wanna blow tons of money on this but just something to make it look slower. Open to ideas. Thanks.

Add 1500lb of Kevlar to the outside of it that should fool people.

Keep it simple most guys don't really see the potential these cars have. Debadge it. Keep the stock exhaust and have at it.
Squirrels are my engine. I need a Ford Regal

I was planning on leaving the exhaust stock. The windows are tinted already though. I might look for a set of steelies that fit.

Throw a couple knees and elbows into the panels and sand off some of the paint. Break a tail light and put some red tape over it. Remove a window and replace it with garbage bag. Stop washing it. Remove the driver side rear spring entirely. Put the donut on. Take the spoiler off. Put tiny little flappy flagpoles on the roof. Get a "Retired & Sexy" front plate. Wood grain steering wheel cover. Turn up the stereo and play nothing but Aqua and Vengaboys. Honor Student bumper sticker. Get one about how smart your shih tzu or pug is, too. Track down some whitewall tires.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

It never hurts to throw on some SS and TypeR badges, along with rimming every edge of the doors and fenders with "chrome."

Keep it stock. All I have done is tint the windows, tinted tails and a arrowhead overlay. I still have stock hubcaps and no one expects anything... Until the turbo is spooling and then it's to late lol.

Other than the TYPE R badge comment nothing else is really helpful.

You're gonna need a minimum of three of those.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.

Putting type r badges on your car does not make it a sleeper. It makes you look ignorant.
