daytona tips?....are you sure they are not SE or Limited
Nice find, trade ya some badges
seats were trash. 1 scoop was gone the other was in 2 pieces. spoiler was also gone. also the rails were gone. someone definetly knew what they wanted when they say the car. they probably didnt take the tiops because someone had painted them or something but i got them shiny again.
so I unboltoed the old clamp and nothing happened, the stock tips would budge so I took my cut off wheel and chopped the clamps off.
after that I ran to advance and picked up 2 1/4 inch exhaaust clamps and put the newtips in. I must say for a total of 12 dollars (including tips) was definetly worth it, makes the car look totally diffrent.
Nice tips!! I put the same ones on my GT. I had a hell of a time getting my stock tips off. Clamps came off easy enough.....just couldn't wiggle the stock tip free. Ended up at Midas. The Midas guy installed the duals with a slight angle.... but I ended up leveling them as I though it looks better.

both sets were a pain in the ass to get off i think it took me like 2 hours to get the daytona tips off becasue they were so tight. but i eventually muscled them off. stock ones werent so bad other than cutting off the clamp
Nice man. I just ordered some tips similar to those, hopefully my old tips will come off without too much hassle. It took over 3 hours with an air hammer to get my friend's stock exhaust tips off.
