This is the idea I have for the gauges on my A-pillar.

I want to put 5 gauges on the pillar. Now obviously this would be 100% custom but this is the general idea I had. Obviously I would want them straight on but I glued them onto the pillar off the car and misjudged the angle.

Gauges to monitor your gauges to keep your gauges in check for your ****ing space ship.

    That looks stupid.

Since you always give the best advice/opinions on here...I'll give you mine back.

How could you observe the top one? you'd have to move your head to look at it, breaking concentration from actually driving. Gauges should be able to provide you the info at a glance, so you dont have to move your head.

Ok thank you. Man you are just the best little blue dude. Do you think putting them in pvc tubes then fiber glassing them onto the pillar is best method for them?

lol EGT? Why would you need to monitor EGT on a GP? Or oil temp? I have to say this is a silly idea.

Well they are useful gauges to have. Especially when racing a car. And yes I do use the car for racing. Drag, autocross, and some other stuff.

I have to agree with Blue. No... just No.

Far too many, I would think it would be more of a hazzard trying to see them all lined up like that vs 3 of the digital ones that you can change settings at the push of a button. Or get a laptop tray so you can get a full graph readout all F&F styled... just don't blow the welds on the intake or drop your floorboard.

PS.. it's going to be pretty tight at the correct angle. Pat did 4, I believe the Bonne pillar is longer than the Giant Poopile pillar.

Yeah the bonneville is what inspired me. And sheff that is at least a respectable way to say no. And I don't prefer the aeroforce and I also I already own these gauges and I don't feel like dropping another several hundred on interceptors. I already have a scan gaugeII which I use to monitor knock. Back on topic, does anyone actually have suggestions for actually making this pod?

If you followed back to stuff Pat's done, you'll likely find how pods are made. I've made a couple, and it's posted with tons of pics (that was HUD pod thought, same principle).
