I'm the newbie around here, but after looking through the forum I decided to throw up a couple pictures of the GTP.

Trying to keep the somewhat stock look, without it looking stock, if you know what I mean lol. And I believe these pictures were taken back in late June early July? Anyways, here they are:

And yes, I already know what you're thinking.. New headlights are on the way, lol.

Haha, sorry for all the doors! At the time, I was only taking the pictures to show a couple online buddies the paint and wax job. And I'd lower the car, but living in Illinois I dont know how well that'd fair with the snow :/

It won't be that bad, I live in Michigan and it's worse out here.

My old car GP was, it was fine in the winter, only reason I don't lower the one I have now is because it's white and it's very easy to see any blemishes in the paint that's all.

I've always considered lowering the car, just was unsure about the weather issues.

Maybe this winter I'll buy the springs, but I don't think I'll install them until the winter passes. I don't know, just afraid with my luck something stupid would happen!

So on that note, how low should I go? And what are the better brands for springs for the W-Body? Thanks!

i had miner lowered about 1 1/2 and added Eibach springs. My friend Rob at Les Shwab did it and knows his s***.
    My car doesn't leak oil,
    It marks it's territory.

So, this would be a good buy?

Eibach Pro Kit Lowering - 97-03 Grand Prix

And all I need is the springs correct? I'm planning on buying a few more suspension mods while I'm at it, like front/rear tower bars and spacers to eliminate the pogo.

    Let me know, thanks.
