Idk if a thrread like this is out there, if so I am sorry but, does anyone know how reliable the halo projector headlights are?
Ive read that the ccfl are unreliable especially in cold weather and changing climates. Since i live in chicago it can get really cold and i have a feeling the bulbs will go bad in a matter of months... and are leds any bit more reliable then the ccfl? If so I would sacrifice a little less light output for more reliability.

    Input would be great, thanks!

I have the spyder halo lights on my 08 gp. I never had an issue in the cold. I live in Minnesota so we get the cold also. Light output on lows is terrible but the fog lights make up for it if you aim them up a bit. Overall I like them.
