An aeroforce reads about everything the PCM does.
For any car that is "modded" its a must have gauge.
Mainly because its a great tool to scan for Knock and other variables.
like every single thing? or is it just all the guages in one
Go to there website, read all the things it can do.
Most of have one to monitor KR, timing for tuning. Can also many other small things like air temps, ETC and trans stuff. Its just a monitor gauge for when you don't have your laptop hooked up with a tuning software.
You could also buy a scangauge 2, does some of the stuff the aeroforce can.
Anyone ever put gauges on the outside on the hood?
I've never seen anyone use the logging from an aeroforce. I do like how it can control a bunch of things these days. However.. if the car is tuned properly.. the gauge is not needed.
Am I one of the only ones to mount it here, btw don't worry its no longer yellow lolhttp://i1210.photobucket.com/albums/...ps61e667a3.jpg
Another guy on here did it like that on the first vent, but he did not make it as custom as that.
So there is normally a vent there?
yup
While I can appreciate the "custom" look of the gauges in the vents... never would I put anything important in there. I can see maybe a trans temp or something like that but to have something that far out of my field of vision (ie if I have to turn my head to see it) just seems dangerous...
Any other ideas for single gauges without sacrificing a vent or something else?
Wire it through the ceiling and drop it at the mirror. Custom fiberglass fuzzy dice with gauge hole.
bump for more gauges!

And my HUD pod with an Aero on the left and an Autometer boost gauge on the right.
