Anyone know the difference between the Nose Pontiac Crest w/out special edition and the one with special edition?

Mine has a chunk missing from the bottom and was curious if they maybe matched body color or something.

I think the SE ones all had the body color on the bottom part of the bumper. Not sure on Comp G's though.
