well ove the past two weeks ive been on the phone with these guys over some issues. ballast that i ordered back ordered so things had to be changed. they were kind enough to discount the more expensive desno ballast so that i could have the package by christmas. but a day after i upgraded i got a call from them telling me the desno ballast are backorderd, BUT the 3-5 ballast had arrived and were ready to ship, this was last wednesday and he said it will be 2 day ups shipping and will arive friday. well friday arrived and no package and i though ok its busy it christmas. well today i called ups and they say well sir we never recieved the package, then they say oh yeah we did but we dont know where it is and a claim has to be filed so call trs and have them call us. so i called trs and andrew answered, the same person i have dealed with this entire time and he said ok ill contact ups. about ten mins later he called me back and said heres what were gonna do, im shipping you out and entire set of what you ordered again, i.e. 3-5 ballast with xb-35 5k h1 bulbs, xb led halos, morimoto mini h1 bixenon projectors, the audi led strips and resealing glue, at no cost to you and i will overnight them at no cost to you as well, and they will figure out things with ups. i know that was a long story, but all i gotta say is if you want to order anything hid or projector, deff go with these guys, amazing customer service and some of the nicest people ive ever dealt with!

I agree, they are great people to work with! I made a simple order with them and they called me just to let me know they were shipped out and if I had any questions with installing them to call them.

Top notch products as well. I've never heard anything bad about them.

The long story short about TRS is kind of funny.

He started out real small on HIDPlanet.com but they banned him for not paying fees and some early on issues. He started his own website and forum and I was one of the first few members there, it grew, his website has changed about 4 times since he started, now he owns HIDPlanet.com LOL. Now he makes his own projectors; amazing what niche markets can do for a guy.

Matt is a nice guy, never met him in person but have talked to him in the past. Some of the originals from back in '04 resent the guy, but I say he runs a legit business and they are all just jealous.

Today I was talking with Matt, he made damn sure everything was right, head called me to apologize that the order took so long and that ups lost it, he didn't have to do that, but he did. And that's why I will always order from them!

Terrible idea bud. The bowls in the Mini H1 are known to flake off when 50w is applied to em some get lucky but many of them don't. Check out hidplanet.

Don't be in a rush! Take your time and get it done right. I should of mentioned to you not to do any painting until your done using the dremel and ready to mount the projector itself. Also helps to clean up the old silicon on the headlight itself to get a good deal when you apply the butyl. Heat gun and old flathead is your friend

I figured I'd be taking it all off! And yeah I was bored and fighting with the parents so I wanted to do something! I don't want to rush it and f it up, I have an idea on how to mount the projector without drilling into the housing. Little PVC and a flat plate will hopefully be my friend lol gonna be ****ty weather on Saturday so I might be just hanging in the garage and making it perfect. I got the reselling glue from them so I guess that's all I need?

Sure is. Remove the old silicon at least as much as you can. Apply the butyl heat it up.. I use a heat gun for this step instead of the stove then clamp the lense of the headlights and wipe off any excess I usually let the headlights sit for a full 24 hours. Make sure when you mount the projectors you do it on the car!

Yes I have to agree with ya on this one. Their customer service is spectacular!!! A shroud cracked that I had and they sent me one within two days. I bought all my light stuff from them since that incident. I have never dealt with a better customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.
