    sand paper and paint. Guessing you got the speaker and door sorted.

    Only thing I can think of is that the rods that work the lock are in a bind or the piece that you push/ pull is binding against the door panel. The speaker though not sure, I haven't had to many problems in the audio department to give any feedback. Hope you get it figured out, take a break, paint your grills and maybe you can attack it with a clear mind.
