Just retrofitted morimoto mini h1 projectors from theretrofitsource.com into some new stock housings. Ddm hids 6k bulbs. Everything is aimed prefect and it looks amazing with my led amber halos BUT ther light output is very bad... Things i modded are, step delete (straight cutoff) painted the cutoff sheild red and put 1 spacer in between the bowl and the cutoff shield to have a bluer cutoff. while driving I can't even see the cutoff on things and while driving through town it doesn't even look like my lights are on... My fogs are brighter... Any ideas why my light output sucks balls? Really considering just putting my stock housings back in and blinding everyone..

It has the be the way your bulb is placed. Check the fitment of the bulb in the back of the housing and make sure it's aligned properly.
